The Mesa Senior Regional Tournament, sponsored by District 17 and Unit 351, originated in 1982. It has become a fixture in the ACBL Tournament Schedule and is one of two Senior Regionals in the country. Several years ago the tournament Chairs combined a Sectional Tournament with the Regional Schedule so that our younger members were given the opportunity to participate in this experience. |

There is a full program of Intermediate/Novice games scheduled during the tournament. This includes guest speaker programs before events to assist the I/N players in advancing their game skills. These presentations are scheduled to occur prior to regularly scheduled I/N games. |

The Mesa Senior Regional/Sectional Tournament is held at the San Marcos Hotel & Golf Resort in Chandler, AZ. This resort features one of the oldest golf courses west of the Mississippi and the Hotel was visited regularly by Hollywood stars. |
